Tactical Pro Supply assures that all our products are free from manufacturing defects and will facilitate an exchange for any defective item.
How Can I Exchange My Order?
Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Requests submitted beyond 14 days will not be considered.
Before initiating the exchange of the item(s)
Step 1: Kindly reach out to us via email to notify us of your return and specify the item you wish to exchange for.

Step 2: Contact our Customer Service team with your order details, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item you wish to return.Failure to comply will result in the rejection of your request.
Step 3: Our team will review and evaluate this, and upon approval, provide you with an RMA# along with the return shipping address.
Step 4: Carefully repack your return using its original packaging to ensure secure shipping. Please include your RMA number on the label before returning the item to us. Provide a printed version of your order summary.
Step 5: Record the tracking number displayed on the shipping label issued by the postal service and email it to us to facilitate monitoring of the return.
Await Your Package
It may take up to a week for return parcels to reach us. Upon receipt and Quality Control approval of your return, please allow 2-3 business days for the shipment of your exchanged item. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package is dispatched.
For a return to be approved, it must comply with the following conditions:
- If the returned item fails to meet our quality control standards, we will provide a photo of the received product, and a restocking fee will be applied.
- Customers bear the financial responsibility for return shipping costs when requesting an exchange. All exchanges must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unused, and accompanied by the receipt included in the package.
- Tactical Pro Supply disclaims responsibility for any lost shipments.
- We retain the right to request photographic or other forms of evidence to substantiate a defect.
- We retain the authority to decline a return if, at our sole discretion, it is determined that the return policy is being misused.
What is the process for returning a defective item?
Step 1: In the event that your item is defective, kindly email an image of the damage to contact@tacticalprosupply.com within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.
Step 2: The team will review and evaluate the submission, and a return label will be provided upon approval.
Step 3: Securely repack your return using the original packaging. Please include your RMA number on the label before returning the item to us. Ensure to provide a printed version of your order summary.
Step 4: Notify us after you have returned the product so we can monitor the process.
