Tactical Pro Supply Exchange Policy
Here at Tactical Pro Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and ensure that all items are free from manufacturing defects. Exchanges are available for eligible items that meet the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Request Window
All exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed.
How to Request an Exchange
Step 1:
Email contact@tacticalprosupply.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the exchange
- Clear photos of the item inside its original packaging
- A statement confirming whether the item has been taken out of the original packaging
Requests that do not include this information will not be processed.
Step 2:
Our team will review your request. If approved, an RMA number and further instructions will be provided. Approval is granted at our discretion.
Step 3:
If instructed to return an item, it must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused
- In original packaging
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error:
- Email clear photos of the issue to contact@tacticalprosupply.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Our team will review and determine eligibility.
- Approved cases will receive further instructions.
Important Conditions
- All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is confirmed as a fulfillment error.
- We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
- We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet policy requirements or shows signs of misuse.
- Tactical Pro Supply is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
NOTE: Please do not send items without prior approval and an issued RMA number. Unapproved packages may be refused.
